• All bookings require a 50% deposit at time of reservation
• Cancellations within 72 hours of flight time incur 100% charge
• Changes to itinerary may result in additional fees

4. Liability

EliteFleet is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, air traffic control, or other circumstances beyond our control.
